Trump is considering whether he can boost his sagging polls by expanding the popular Hire American policy before the election.How would this even have been open to question? OF COURSE American employment is popular among Americans. Mr. President, ride "Hire American" to a second term!

They agree with the policy - which is no surprise. You remove party and rhetoric from an issue, many groups, including African Americans, will answer the conservative position. The problem is getting the message and understanding of which party / candidate advocates for the positions they actually agree with.
