Syncopy from sudden movement, especially bending over to standing could be from hypotension, low blood sugar, low potassium...most likely a combination of the latter two.

Don’t go shopping while hungry...hard on the body and harder on the budget.

Potassium is a problematic for me to keep the right balance with thalassemia and the whole lisonopril/hctz issue

So yeah, that could be part of it.

I feel for anyone that has to wear a mask all day long. I would have a very difficult time doing it. Just getting hot with it on does me in
