David Koresh was often seen going into town and back to his ranch but they waited until he was home because Clinton and Janet Reno were blood thirsty.
Wanted to make sure Christinas got the message.
The burned the place down killing women and children and got away with it.
Clinton and Reno are cold blooded killers, and so is Hillary (Beghazi Foster Ron Brown et al Arkancide)
Truth and facts.
I agree.
Yep.
The last few weeks have seen cops ignore insurrection and arrest those who are standing up to it.
Put them under Military ROE.
No, they were never a good idea. No knocks are blatantly unconstitutional and brought to us by the War on (some) Drugs TM.
Exigent life and death situations have never needed a warrant, so there have never been any “limited situations” for which they are a good idea.
They are a bad idea made worse by the inevitable government incompetence and excess that always occurs.
Agreed.

Agree COMPLETELY!
Most cops don’t like it either, because you NEVER know how the surprised residents are going to react to what is actually a home invasion.
In my opinion there are three areas that police departments have abused that need to be stopped:
1. No-knock warrants / invasions
2. Militarization of police departments via SWAT
3. Civil forfeiture of property
I believe that use of these tactics and proceedings have eroded confidence in, and support of police departments.
“you NEVER know how the surprised residents are going to react to what is actually a home invasion.”
Excellent point! There are those with weapons at the ready, awake watching TV or at the night stand while asleep. Hearing a door break down will alert them and the gun fight erupts.
All too often these clowns attack the wrong residence and have been known to murder the totally innocent.
No knock warrants are KGB/Gestapo tactics and never should have been implemented.
It’s grossly inappropriate as a law enforcement tactic in the first place, and its abuses are legion.
“Ironic that what brought on awareness of police abuses was the prevalence of video cameras.”
And that explains why so many crooked cops fear cameras and go utterly apeshit when they see a camera recording their corrupt and abusive behaviors.
I recall a similar story from Florida where police/sheriffs were trying to break into a fortified house and the homeowner ended up calling the state police because the locals could not produce a warrant at all.
The state police, God bless them, responded and asked after the warrant and finding there was no warrant told the locals to leave.
But I saw video of the police fruitlessly screaming “OPEN THE F***ING DOOR!!! POLICE!!! WE HAVE A WARRANT!!!” all while ineffectively trying to break in.
It was heartwarming.
Would have been more heartwarming if the state police had arrested all the locals for their multiple illegal acts...
That said, when I eventually buy a house, I will be fortifying it.
Amazing how some apparent complex legal mazes can be handled with common sense approaches like yours below:
Any no knock - middle of the night ninja warrant must have the presiding judge who authorized the warrant on the scene prior to and during the execution of the warrant.
That will put an end to that crap.
Definitely encouraging and almost surprising.
But they've got all these cool outfits and toys and wraparound sunglasses and stuff. How are they going to feel all badass if they're just sitting around waiting for a suspect to come outside?
Which reminds me, I'm getting low on ammo.
