Mark Levin said Trump is getting bad advice by refusing to pardon Stone and Flynn. I get not pardoning Flynn for optics sake, but Stone really got a strap-on up the wazoo.
He can fully pardon Stone the day after the election.

Someone posted on twitter that a pardon would have been a bad idea because a pardon is basically admitting that he’s guilty while a commuted sentence means that this whole thing was a farce
Why pardon Flynn now ... timing is everything ... Judge got slapped down by appellate court... Trump actually plays by the rules even when he doesn’t like them (unlike most people in DC) and his political instincts are above average. Making the judge eat eat his decision is going to be the optics that I want to see.
Flynn hasn’t been convicted of anything, and therefore can’t be pardoned.
He is under a gag order as long as the case against him is kept alive. The liberals can’t have him telling any truths before the election, so that is why Sullivan is being paid to refuse to dismiss the case.
