Nurses say there aren’t more hospitalizations FOR corona. They count any hospitalization For ANYTHING with a positive test as a corona case even if not sick with it.
The anti-mask comes from the view that it is unamerican.
Dear Governor Abbott:
No more of this nonsense. Protect those at greatest risk like the elderly or diabetics, and let the rest of us go about our business. We have NEVER shut down for other diseases, not even ones many times more lethal than the Wu Flu.

He is commenting on people not wearing masks not that there is a shortage of masks. There is a statewide order in affect until 8/28/20 unless it is lifted sooner.
He is trying to tell people to wear them so we can continue to keep business opened. People are not doing it I guess so I think he is telling people better do it or the virus won’t go away and we will have to shut down again. At least this is what I believe he is saying.

Conservative rural area of north central Florida. It’s just like hill country, but without the liberals. No stupid yearly car inspections that do nothing, no huge daily traffic jams, no idiotic extra-territorial jurisdiction (unconstitutional, IMO)...

I know the N95 supply has dried up, plus the local hospital here is giving local crafters the fabric to sew into cloth masks for them.

There’s an N95 manufacturing facility south of the DFW metro-plex.... so wonder where the masks are going.
