MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 37-year-old IHOP employee was assaulted in the early morning hours Thursday after confronting customers who dined and dashed.
Officers responded at about 5:45 a.m. after receiving a report of an assault in progress on the 2200 block of Killebrew Drive in Bloomington. Police said the IHOP manager was assaulted after confronting a large group in the parking lot who had left without paying their entire bill.

When I was in my 20’s I managed a retail store in Anchorage.
One time an urban ute decided to gibsmedat on a sports team jacket and run to the door.
I ran after him, then he pulled a knife on me, I backed off and continued to follow until he got into a nice car. I picked up a nice 8 pounder rock and tossed it into the side of the vehicle. Figure I got my money’s worth... a few grand in damage for a $200 jacket.
My boss called me Bronson for a while. And he told me to not do that again... was back in 1992 or so. Today I’m sure I’d have been sued and fired for it.

Good rule of thumb: Never find yourself in an IHOP or a Denny’s between bar closing time and sunrise.
They kidnapped the manager as well. They forced the manager into a car and drove him/her to Mall of America I assume to continue the assault.

Profound cultural and demographic changes are re-shaping this country. People who still want to live civilized and productive lives are going to have to start considering alternatives to our current political subdivisions.
Statistical analysis indicates these, errrr, problems occur at
IHOP - 61%
Chuck E Cheese - 24%
Denny’s - 9%
Other - 6%
That’s not how it works. And — as he has said many time — if Trump was campaigning for the popular vote, rather than the electoral vote, he would have campaigned much differently.
