New York City police have arrested a man they say slashed a 2-year-old boy who was in a stroller.
The boy was cut above the left eye Wednesday morning on a Manhattan street. He was with his nanny at the time.
“Thanks to the hard work & dedication of NYPD detectives who’re relentless in their investigations, the suspect wanted for this horrific crime against a defenseless child has been charged with felony assault,” NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea tweeted.

I’m horrified too.
“Man charged”. Without knowing anything other than this, am I correct in my assumption?
This is terrorism. Babies, ladies in their tenth decade, yanking young women out of their cars . . . read their literature. Whatever you think of as sacrosanct isn’t. It’s to instill terror.

No mention of race, so likely Black on Black as race is NEVER reported there, and ABSOLUTELY never reported if is Black on White.

Even better — a half-hour in the general population yard following a brief recap over the PA system of why this guy’s in there. Absolutely no doubt that justice will be served promptly.
