I notice Judge Inquisitor Sullivan has only “cancelled” the appointment, NOT deciding ANYTHING yet actually and publicly = Three more weeks of torture for Flynn and his family by the democrat Deep State bureaucracies.
His decision could have been made in 15 minutes.
Sydney Powell was on Hannity tonight and she did not mention this. IMHO Judge Sullivan wants to drag this thing out.
From what I’ve gathered, what’s happening is Judge Sullivan is either making an appeal to the entire circuit court of appeals or hoping that enough of them want to have all of the judges hear the same case that was decided by the three judge panel and make a decision. The circuit is apparently made up of a 7-4 split of Dem/Rep nominated judges, so if the judges went strictly on a partisan basis, it would be heard again and overturned, thereby giving Sullivan even more time to delay and deny and twist justice however he so pleases as well as top cover which the media will gleefully cite as proof that this isn’t a partisan witch hunt.
I would be a little surprised if the decision to rehear a case en banc does fall strictly on partisan lines though, it’s a common request but not a common thing to be approved. The really messed up part is that the circuit could vote to hear the case en banc, then before the case is heard, have too many judges recuse themselves to actually hear the case en banc (apparently this happened at least once before), and then the panel decision is effectively vacated without trial.
Game over man, game over.
The Deep State are probably now telling him to let Flynn go, to much evidence against them is coming to light!
The judge doesn’t have standing to appeal.

I think he may do it before his own career is in the same shambles as what they did to Flynn...Sidney Powell shone the light and it’s been causing him headaches ever since...like it would any cockroach.
Whenever Sullivan leaves, he will have the shame of being one of the worse judges in history...IN HISTORY.
