According to a report on Fox News, Judge Emmet Sullivan has canceled the scheduled July 16 hearing for General Flynn. According to the Fox reporter, this is the first step in dismissing the case.
BINGO.
The Deep State are probably now telling him to let Flynn go, to much evidence against them is coming to light!

The judge doesn’t have standing to appeal.
Stop and consider that “Hannity’s sources” (likely Solomon and Sara Carter to name two) are saying that the redacted portion of the release today is even more damaging. There are also numerous documents that we have not yet seen that are rumored with credible sources who have been right so far that are just as explosive.
In other words, the case against Flynn will continue to shine a light on how corrupt this all way the longer it goes on. If they dismiss it, it removes it from the news cycle and puts it all back in the hands of Durham who may or may not conclude his investigation by the end of the summer (history says he won’t but hope I am wrong).
The “deep state” is now putting all their marbles in the November election.

I think he may do it before his own career is in the same shambles as what they did to Flynn...Sidney Powell shone the light and it’s been causing him headaches ever since...like it would any cockroach.
Whenever Sullivan leaves, he will have the shame of being one of the worse judges in history...IN HISTORY.

Isn’t that grounds for remiving him from the bench? Since when are judges allowed to ignore the law and go on a personal vendetta against a person the has no derogatory evidence against them, significant exculpatory evidence backing them and the prosecutors drop the case? He is unfit to continue as a judge.
He simply will not decide in favor of Flynn. This will go en banc, and he may have to be cited with contempt of court.
Turns out that Injustice Roberts was in on the phone conference with obama and biden trying to set up Flynn. He's another co-conspirator. Another thoroughly compromised and impeach-worthy black robed seditionist.
That's a very strong charge, but I had not heard it elsewhere.
