A new study has revealed staggering income inequality in Silicon Valley and an astonishing lack of diversity within its top technology companies.
Researchers at San Jose State University' Human Rights Institute unveiled the results of the study, dubbed the Silicon Valley Pain Index, on Tuesday.
Among the most dramatic findings were that 10 'large tech companies' - which were not named specifically - employ zero black women, and the net worth of the top 10 richest people in Silicon Valley - all of whom are white men - is an eye-watering $248billion.

In order to do that type of work, they would have had to study and actually learn something....That would make them less authentic black....
That doesn’t seem possible in Silicon Valley
Funny, my eyes aren't watering a bit!
Regards,
100% of live births in the US were by women. The inequality is staggering. /s... Women were never desogned to compete with men. Genisid 2:20-22.
if black women had the education and ability to earn these white guys more money than other employees they would be there.
The comments at the link are surprising.
Im surprised they havent shut the cooments section down yet as it does not fot the narrative.
comments....
sigh....
Clearly we need more color, less skill.
Ok.
I’ll say it.
So what?
When you go to the footnote it turns out that they dug up a report from 2018, surveying data from 2016, and that the figure is 10 out of 177 companies surveyed. Another way to put it is that only 5.6% of companies surveyed had no black female employees, in a location where blacks are 2.6% of the population, in a field that women and blacks are much less likely to study and blacks have the lowest level of academic achievement.
So all it says is that they dug through the records of a lot of companies and managed to find some that didn’t employ any female blacks. How many employees does the 166th largest technology company in that county even have? There very likely are simply not enough female black programmers and electrical engineers to go around.
Their so-called report is just yet another libel against whites and even begins with the “White Supremacy” slur. Beating the drum for genocide, they just never stop.
Wouldn’t recruiting based on skin color be racist? Do people with a certain skin color make better engineers? This is so much horse manure.
I am glad these Cali. commies are getting a taste of their own medicine.
Instead of complaining about this “huge inequality”, why don’t we study what these white men have that other’s don’t and then try to teach it to everyone.
People who make it to the top in silicon Valley do it based on their own abilities and work.
When I buy something that Silicon Valley is offering I buy it because of the value it represents, not because of the color of who made it.
I have a very small business. My computers, my phone — all the tech gadgets I buy make me money. They all add value. Teach black and brown people to invent and market things that add value and they will become rich. Teach them to wait for a handout that makes them rich and they will wait for a long time.
Sadly that is my alma mater
A crap study that is demonstrably false
I understand that dot Indians do it all the time.
The government does not care about competence. It cares about the colors of the noses it counts. This article is the groundwork for another biggie lawsuit brought by leftists in government lawyers.
What is a “dot Indian”
and besides, there is no such thing as “income inequalty.” Some people aren’t willing to take risks or to work hard. That is the basis for them having less money.
If you watch a Hollywood or Netflix movie, chances are the brilliant engineer or computer genius will be depicted by a black woman.
In the real world, that is almost never the case, and it isn't because of "discrimination" either.
There was a recent Hollywood movie called "Hidden Figures" that touted the achievements of a black woman at NASA in the 1960s.
Here is how she was depicted (and the movie grossly overestimated her contribution to the space program).

Here is the actual woman.

The real Katherine Johnson was of mixed race, and was more Caucasian in appearance than black. So why didn't Hollywood pick an actress that actually looked like the real woman? Because they have a racial agenda, and you will bow before it - or else.
Each of us have different gifts given to us by God. We are all equal in His eyes. However, I don't like being forced to watch propaganda. Christ said He was the Truth itself. Being subjected to propaganda, and having others tell us we need to accept it, is simply wrong.
I call foul ... there is NO WAY that the top 10 biggest tech companies employee ZERO black woman....no black woman on the boards? maybe, no black women employed anywhere in the company - no chance.
