OLYMPIA, Wash. — Governor Inslee has issued a statewide proclamation mandating the use of face masks in Washington, effective Friday.
The announcement comes as COVID-19 cases continue to rise statewide.
“There’s no room in the hospitals,” Inslee said, in response to cases in Yakima County, which potentially has the highest rate of infection on the west coast.
Starting Friday, anyone entering an indoor public space will be required to wear a face covering. That includes while standing in line, using public transportation, or spending time in a crowded outdoor area.
Those spending time alone outdoors will not be required to wear a mask.

Rioters WANT to wear a mask to hide their identity.
This edict provides them cover and reason for why thugs are wearing masks.
Although there’s been a spike in new cases, new deaths have been stable for more than a month.
I wonder if any Governor has the Constitutional authority (the *US* Constitution) to issue such an order.

Has anyone actually checked to see if Inslee is telling the truth? Or how many of those patients are admitted while Covid?
A proclamation by a governor is not law unless the people cower and accept it as law.

President Trump mentioned that the wall was effective in keeping the plague out. He said that the incidence was high in areas on the other side. I have long suspected the high incidence of conronavirus in Yakima County the result of migrant workers.
Why doesn’t he issue a statewide proclamation requiring Washington residents to stop rioting and remove themselves from public properties they are occupying?
