Richmond has been a black criminals friendly home (aka shithole) since the 90’s a minimus.
The police aren’t going to do a thing. The governor is a doucebag. The mayor is a fool. The police might be as corrupt and lazy as they were in the 90’s when my daughter tried to go to school there. We got her out fast after seeing where she lived, aka drug central.
As long as a Democrat runs the city, it is doomed.
