I skimmed the news. 15 different charges? They threw the book at them.
All those blacks at the press conference. Not a single white.
Those 2 officers do not stand a chance. No black on the jury will find them innocent.
My neighbor is a cop. Good guy. Retired in the fall. I haven't asked him about it but I bet he is thrilled he's out after watching all this go on.

The video CLEARLY shows the perp pointing the Taser GUN at the cop, and now cops have to grit their teeth and pray the perp didn’t pull a real gun? This is ALL on the back of the perp! HE chose to get shit faced, HE chose to fight the cops, HE chose to steal the Taser gun and bolt, HE chose to turn around and point it at the cop!!! OUR COUNTRY IS UNDER ATTACK!!!
Pretty soon the cops will refuse to do anything except traffic tickets.

This what happens when there are black racist like this D.A. and the mayor, very similar to the Federal District judge Emmett Sullivan, the judge that wants to hang Gen. Flynn. Also, the black judge in Dallas Texas that demanded the white hair saloon owner apologize or go to jail.

Wouldn’t be too sure of that, prosecutors and judges rig these things all the time and gettign a jury of “your peers” is improbable at best these days since most people who are educated and right thinking have jobs and are seldom selected.
I don't think there is a place in this country right now that he could get a fair trial.
If Im on the jury..100 percent NOT GUILTY on ALL CHARGES..an absolute farce..I wouldn’t blame the Atlanta PD if they all just left..whats the point, apparently you are NOT allowed to defend yourself, the criminal has all the rights

I have known plenty of whites who got dui’s and I have never heard them given that opportunity.
I’m not an expert on Tasers, so bear with me.
1) Aren’t tasers considered non-lethal weapons? It seems to me that this is the rationale for using tasers for “pain compliance” if a suspect refuses to follow a policeman’s order. If they are non-lethal when a policeman uses them, aren’t they also then non-lethal when a perpetrator uses them?
2) Aren’t tasers single shot weapons? After he fired the first charge over his shoulder wouldn’t he have then been carrying an empty weapon? Wouldn’t the policeman know this, since he saw the charge being fired? He just took the weapon, not the holster, so I’m assuming he wouldn’t have reloads. Where are the reloads stored?
3) Even assuming, somehow he was able to shoot the policeman with his empty Taser and go back to pick up the service weapon from the then incapacitated officer, wouldn’t the other policemen (the one who lost his Taser in the first place) been free to respond with his service weapon?
Not being snarky, I am genuinely interested in the response to these comments.

Watching the @FultonCountyDA’s circus and trial by media. No influencing the jury pool here! So there is no indictment? There was no grand jury? Where is the Georgia Bureau of Investigation?

No way. I’d move to have the trial in Mongolia.
We pretty much now have Roland Freisler’s “Peoples’ Courts” now.
The DA is up for election. That’s all you need to know.
Fulton County DA Paul Howard. No need to look.
