From what I have read from other sources, the officer ASKED to search the home and she gave permission. She should have told the officer to f*** himself and slammed the door.

No. Just ask the officer for the warrant. When he can’t produce smile sweetly tell him how sorry you are he wasted his time driving to your home and ask him if yuh can get him anything before he leaves. Not the officers fault he was sent there. You may actually need a be police at some point
