Oh, hell no. They’re armoring up. The big question is, where is that firepower going? Your average swarthy urbanite gangsta couldn’t pour piss out of a boot if the instructions were stamped on the heel. They can load the Glock tucked into their baggy waistband, but usually don’t have a clue about the other 90% of what they’re looking at in a gun shop, the sweaty morons. Nor could they afford it or even learn to use it at a rental range. So again, it begs the question, where is that steel going to? BATF regs have become so onerous, there’s no way you could unload a new firearm unless it’s out of the back of your car, for the most part. It’s being spirited out and ending up in a cache somewhere, with someone supervising.

No, I’m with you on this. It’s a terrible thing to think about where those items (along with drugs raided from pharmacies - nearby grocery stores untouched?) might be going. Maybe into foreign hands?
And they’re grabbing our Independence Day fireworks (we are soon to celebrate the anniversary of our nation) and using them as ordnance.
With any luck, the punks will be too amped up on emotion or dope to be anywhere near as disciplined with firearms as the average military veteran.

There are more AR-15s in private hands (15 million or so) than there are firearms of any type in inventory of every gun shop and distributor in America.
The same can be said of pistols, rifles of all types and shotguns.
A few gun store’s inventory is not even a rounding error in comparison to what awaits the leftist revolutionaries. That does not even consider practice, experience and training.
Rifles rule. From the time of their invention, until now.
It’s a lesson that seems to have to be relearned from time to time.
