There are reports that One Million leftists will converge on Washington DC this weekend to resume their protests over the death of George Floyd
Washington DC Mayor Bowser announced on Thursday she was examining every legal question about the Presidents’ authority to send troops, even National Guard from other states, to the District of Columbia.
Mayor Bowser said, “I have the authority and have not requested guard from any state.”
The DC Mayor then later evicted ALL NATIONAL GUARD from any Washington DC hotel.
On Sunday night leftists defaced the WWII Memorial and Korean War Memorial and torched a 200-year-old church.
A bunch of protesters shot would probably play right into what the media, etc want to see.
Most folks will be sickened by what they see.
Trump needs to get out of town today. Leave a contingent of Marines to guard the Whitehouse and then let DC police under the authority of the mayor handle everything else.
If it burns to the ground, they will have nobody to blame but themselves.
Then after DC has burned to the ground, relocate everything to some open empty farmland in Kansas 100 miles from the nearest City. Fire every federal employee who doesn’t agree to move.
She wants to see her city burn.
If by "interesting" you mean the possible overthrow of a POTUS by a million people on the left while the right sits home comfortably away from the action, sure.
You have thousands of active soldiers and Marines not two states away which can form security and these are active not NG who are up for it. They can be on the WH property all around the White House if need be.

Then they insult him for walking with Melania to pay respects at the church which the leftist tried to burn and desecrate (!). They hope for no protection and for him to be vulnerable.
Due to insomnia I listen to radio sometimes and by chance I heard Alex Jones say people are shying away and awkwardly keeping distance from President Trump (Senators and cabinet members spouting off disagreements, old Kelly and Mattis traitors betraying him) and that Jones believes the left is going to assassinate him before November. God forbid.
The secret service is called just that because a lot of what they do and how they do it is secret

I’d say you’re right. She has no control over Federal property or monuments. Those are all under the Federal government’s jurisdiction and protection. She can’t do anything about it.
