This one is at least as bad as, maybe worse than, the George Floyd case. In this one, the cops are laughing and joking, and seem to show no interest whatsoever when the paramedic tells them that Timpa isn’t breathing. Maybe it’s left out of the video, but the paramedics didn’t seem to care, either.
The game is to scream “injustice” while they loot you.
This is a classic long con—use language as a weapon while stealing your stuff.
Selective rage is only for the few, liberals.
This has been posted several times already.
In the picture on the right, the cop is kneeling on the guy’s jaw, not the blood vessels on the neck. The guy also didn’t pass out and the cop got off the guy as soon as he was restrained. The video’s on YouTube or LiveLeak.
Deliberately and intentionally suppressed by the media which is complicit in the destruction of this country.
Yeah basically same deal. Probably happens a lot. Guy restrained by a cop on his back. The cop restrains the guy for a long time on the ground and he dies on his watch. White guy dies so no foul and no one cares.
But the “knee to the neck” closeup on video sets George Floyd apart making it looks worse than this video. The “knee to the neck” and the angle of the video shot made better theater for the agitators.
It s almost as if the George Floyd deal was set up but it wasn’t. It just fell into the lap of the dems and they seized the opportunity. Just like covid-19. Politicians must seize opportunities and get on offense rather than staying on defense.
Police deal with all kinds of scum that are out of control or resist arrest and they have to get them under control. Some cops like Chauvin are just too stupid to make sure the guy lives under their control. Or the perp has drug abuse issues that pop up and the cop interaction was just the final straw.
Sometimes it can’t be helped. But nine minutes of “knee to the neck” looks awful on video. Here in this one you got got video of cops laughing about it.
The public is being played by the dems. It isn’t over. This is just one of many stunts between now and election.
The democrat controlled media dilberately miss portrayed Floyd as an innocent black who was being forceably restrained because he was black. He was arrested for passing a counterfeit $20 dollar bill .When actually he was resisting arrest and was a threat if not secured by not mentioning his size or reporting that Floyd was removed from a squad car because he was acting up under the influence of drugs and also later was discovered to have COVID 19. Which suggests his physical condition may have led to his death which the media turned into a murder change and a charge of serious abuse by police because of police efforts that were tried to get him who under control Check out

This posting has comments that reveals that both the arresting officer and Floyd knew each other and had worked together in bar security

The results of politically induced miss reporting used earlier during and after the post Zimmmerman trial. Led to black gangs attacking non blacks found innocently traversing black neighborhoods and to a score of murders or life changing injuries and later attacks of theft and vandalism on local businesses as well as attacks and murders of police officers during that period
What is even more unlikely is that the defendants will ever get a fair trial.
A full court press by the 24/7 MSM along with leading R politicians and spokesmen such as Limbaugh, Dobbs, etc. are calling the event "a murder", the cops "killers", "it should never have happened", or are otherwise wringing their hands over the "tragedy". Trump has even expressed his opinion "it was unnecessary".
Indeed, nothing more than typical minimum restraint would have been necessary if Floyd, a large otherwise fit man perhaps overstimulated by drugs at the moment, had not violently resisted arrest. In any event, it makes one wonder where an unbiased jury pool is to be found, if one even now exists.
Given the often fatal mix of drugs and alcohol in his system, let alone the fear of just being caught violating the law and going back to prison, there is evidence Floyd experienced the beginning of a life threatening event when he was removed from the passenger car and stated while on his feet, "I can't breath."
It may be a medical fact that the neck restraint which typically does not lead to death, was no more a factor than would have been the usual "gentle" arm restraint.
Given additional credible facts, there may be a fairly arrived at decision of guilt, However, at a minimum, the nation at large will bear the enormous cost of an unfair trial or no trial at all.
(Thank you for triggering the rant.)

Don’t most wars start over lies or misunderstandings?
Dallas Police body cameras show moment Tony Timpa stopped breathing [2 minutes 31 seconds]

White Man Cant Breathe [Mike Adams article]
Timpa died within 20 minutes of police arriving at the scene. An autopsy ruled Timpa’s cause of death sudden cardiac death due to “the toxic effects of cocaine and the stress associated with physical restraint.” Nonetheless, a criminal case against the police officers that were present never made it to trial.
The three officers — Kevin Mansell, Danny Vasquez and Dustin Dillard — were indicted by a grand jury in 2017 on charges of misdemeanor deadly conduct. After two days of testimony, the grand jury’s indictment stated that the “officers engaged in reckless conduct that placed Timpa in imminent danger of serious bodily injury.” However, in March, Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot dismissed the charges.
The Dallas Police Department’s internal affairs investigation resulted in Dillard, Mansell and Vasquez being disciplined for “conduct discrediting” the department. However, those allegations were later dropped. Vasquez and another officer present at Timpa’s death also received written reprimands for “discourtesy” and “unprofessionalism.”

Hmm. Chauvin is a French surname, I believe...
Thats when the heart attack started.
It prbly sucks to have an elephant AND 4 cops stomping on you at the same time.
Especially when you complain "I can't breath" and then demonstrate a vigorous physical resistance to confinement or arrest.
As almost any LEO will say, "Continue resistance to arrest at your own peril."
