Agitators behind the rioting that has paralyzed the country over the past week want to move into more suburban areas, a government intelligence source has told Fox News.
Much of the worry stems from the notion that many in well-armed, suburban, and rural neighborhoods won't hesitate to exercise their Second Amendment rights and elevated anxieties could lead to heavy confrontation.
"Antifa knows this," said the source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. "Local and state authorities have to get a grip on this because if it moves to the suburbs, more people will die."
Several analysts pointed to places that have served as something of "testbed" locations – including Madison, Wis., which was ransacked Saturday night, along with quiet pockets of Charleston, S.C.
While it remains murky as to who exactly is behind the ongoing turbulence taking place in dozens of cities nationwide, much of the finger-pointing has been directed toward Antifa, a radical left-wing anti-fascist outfit.
But most officials and analysts have surmised that there a number of players and agendas with regards to the rioting, which has overshadowed the peaceful protests calling out racial inequalities and police brutality directed toward African-Americans.

I live in suburbia, close to a major military base. We are Army, Navy, Airforce and Marines current and former. Antifa are welcome to enjoy our hospitality.
You mad a mistake assuming Antifa would grow enough gonads to go near a military base. Just like individuals go to gun-free zones, Antifa is like water, it will flow to the areas of least resistance.

We were talking with a liberal neighbor this morning, the topic of course being al the recent unrest. There was some looting at our local mall a couple days ago, and she dismissed it as being just some people upset over inequality, and other liberal bromides. She said the answer to all the mayhem is just to sit down with them and encourage them to voice their grievances, and that will start a dialogue which will surely lead to a satisfactory end for all concerned. My wife and I looked at each other and shook our heads, which our neighbor noticed. She then snarkily asked what our solution to the problem was, and I simply told her “We intend to stay alive; we win, they lose.”

Correct. Mr. Horn in Houston was cleared after he shot someone he’d observed breaking into his neighbor’s house one afternoon. He was on the phone with police and went onto his porch to confront the burglars when they exited the house. They charged at him and he shot.
This happened a few years ago, so my memory is a bit foggy on the details. Pretty sure it was two burglars.
