When she learned about George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis, Yolanda Deaver wanted to be there to protest.

Camden Police Chief Joseph Wysocki helped lead the way, carrying a banner proclaiming “Standing in Solidarity,” while a police captain led a Camden Strong chant at one point.
Others carried signs proclaiming Black Lives Matter and demanding justice for Floyd. Cries of “No justice no peace” and “Black Lives Matter” filled the air.
U.S. Rep. Donald Norcross and Camden Mayor Frank Moran also joined the walk.

You raise an excellent point. Since a precedent has been established, I suppose now the chief could say, “Yes. While in uniform, I helped lead the protest against Trump. I did it to keep the peace.”

Agents of the government used clearly excessive force and a citizen died. I don’t see “sides” here. Everyone should be rightly disgusted. Only Bigots on “both sides” want to make this an issue.
This, and the Portland PD taking a knee next to Antifa thugs, for the media, is more than adequate proof that the the Pigs are just another target. The Oath and the Constitution is just the opinion of a political party.

No, you missed the point. The cop was an idiot however this was not racial. There was no racial comment, there is no proof the cop is a racist even if he was married to an Asian.
The media made this into a racial incident that is the point. Now we will have a couple more days of this crap. Then 2 weeks of blacks on TV being asked what can whites do.
Then we will have the Democrats saying we are getting a 2nd wave close the country down again.

The George Floyd cop was fired almost immediately and charged with MURDER within a few days. These riots are not about the George Floyd case, that’s just the excuse.
I hope his gesture works but let’s be honest, there isn’t much in Camden that has not already been looted or burned.
