What began as a peaceful protest in Cleveland Saturday turned violent as the day progressed, prompting Mayor Frank Jackson to issue an 8 p.m. curfew and to request National Guard reinforcements to protect the city from rioters. Corbos, a tiny family-owned bakery in the citys historic Playhouse Square district, took matters into their own hands, brandishing their firearms when rioters came calling.
video captured by Rob Rash, rioters and looters can be seen approaching Corbos Bakery, taunting the owners and threatening them with iron rods and a large pylon with a heavy metal base. Three men stood in the doorway of the bakery, defending their property and exercising their Second Amendment rights. A minute later the rioters were gone, having moved on to the business next door, where they shattered a massive storefront window....
Rioters later came back and shattered the bakerys front windows. We r here all night now because they broke r big windows, the bakery wrote on Facebook. Thankful my sons n husband didnt get hurt! We r just protecting r business..we want no trouble but unfortunately they came at us w bats n weapons. God bless u guys too! It doesnt appear the rioters entered the bakery and there was no sign of looting at the Playhouse Square location.
Rioters destroyed and looted storefronts along a one-mile stretch of Euclid Avenue, one of Clevelands busiest thoroughfares.

Sooner or later some of these rioters are going to be shot. Then things are going to get real interesting.
Looters should always get shot. It’s what my parents taught me.
I’d definitely go to that bakery!
Lootin’ needs shootin’
I guess they don’t understand the old Italian saying of leave the gun, take the cannoli.
Now if only the police could get a clue from these “dough” boys and do their job. You know “To Serve and Protect” Now more like “To run and hide”.
Those are the guys who put the holes in the dough nuts. Looking good bakery.
I will buy cakes and cookies from that bakery! You GO, dough men!
Reminded of a movie quote... “Don Corleone sends his regards.”
These guys are great.
“We weren’t going to sit back and let it happen”.
That’s how I know these guys aren’t Democrat governors or mayors.
When some looter inevitably gets shot within the next few days (an aspiring rapper about to resume their education at community college no doubt...) there will be a nationwide concerted attempt to use that incident to justify seizing weapons from citizens.
I wish this stuff wasn’t so easy to predict.
Wow.
The video guy says it is ok to loot, because the store owners “have insurance”. Wow.
What a shame that the rioters went back and shattered the storefront window.
But, at least these guys weren’t harmed and the rioters didn’t enter their store.
But But But......Rioters might get shot. Boo hoo hoo.
Tough chit if they do. Hey! I’ve got an idea! How about you not act like a barbarian and instead act like a civilized human being? You’re far less likely to get shot that way.
A few decades ago, the ‘inner city youths’ knew not to go a few blocks over to Little Italy and cause trouble. It looks like one of the Italian bakeries have moved about 4 or so miles down Euclid. But the rules haven’t changed.
“Now youse can’t leave.”
The looters are being responsible. They are making sure they wear a mask. /sarc.
Nice.
Is as it should be.
Nobody (else) went after a business that had paid protection money to the mafiosi.
You want your store protected from the Antifa fascists, buy some protection insurance from the cosa nostra and you’ll be safe (from the fascists).
Shoot three or four looters and watch this sh*t come to a halt. Looters are cowards.
White blonde antifa girl gets right up in front. Weird.
