I’ve had pretty good results using VideoDownloadHelper.
It has a bit of a problem if there a lot of videos on the same page - they are all labeled with the name of the thread so sometimes you have to download and confirm that you have the right one but it works.

Try Loom? It’s a screen recorder.
I’ve used that one on youtube but didn’t know it works on twitter. Never bothered trying really as twitter videos are short, usually news blurbs and hardly ever something I want to save.
