Minneapolis has once again descended into chaos. The police have retreated. And where is the National Guard? Well, they set up a defensive perimeter, and then they ran away. I’m not kidding. Our own Julio Rosas is on the ground reporting on the chaos and was hit with a rubber bullet in the chest in the process.
A curfew was imposed, but of course, no one is following it. Did people think that would be adhered to in this situation? It’s anarchy. It’s chaos. And I guess we cannot be shocked, given that the political leadership gave a stand-down order last night and allowed rioters to overrun and burn down a police headquarters.
First reports show that around 500 National Guardsmen have been deployed. That is not enough. Today, the Guard and police showed up just in time to protect the smoldering ruins of Minneapolis only to be pushed back by an unruly mob. Is this worse than the Freddie Gray riots in Baltimore or the Michael Brown chaos in Ferguson?

In totally unrelated news, I was reading about the locations of “food deserts” in the United States. By coincidence, almost all of them have had riots and looting this week. Once we solve the problems that are traditionally solved by raiding and burning local businesses, I hope we will see if we can figure out why grocery stores do not want to open (or remain open) in these areas.
Along with the city government the police are co-conspirators in the violent insurrection in the s-hole of Minneapolis.
Minneapolis is over 60% white non-Hispanic.
Then the people living there deserve what they are getting for electing marxists. And the decent folk need to leave, which are not the ones who voted for their slave masters. See De-toilet, Michigan and how many people fled that craphole.
Even if they just hide behind the extended grace periods of the virus, whatever concessions are granted when your business is destroyed, etc. - what are the taxes due on an “unimproved” scorched hole in the ground anyway?
The Red Chinese virus already had many people rethinking living/doing business in congested areas; the antics of the permanently aggrieved will seal the deal. I’ll never live anywhere that has enough street parking for these turds to show up...

This destroys the chances of the underclass getting out from under, which is the progressives’ goal. They need a permanent underclass to stay in power, and they need it to keep expanding.
If by "foreign" you mean Chicago or New York that would be correct. The protests are simply Antifa, BLM, and the rest of the hard core left in action. You can watch video recorded by reporters friendly to, or perhaps a part of, Antifa and see them discuss tactics, and see the infrastructure they bring to a riot, or as they termed it "a revolution".
They've got medical teams, food and water supply teams, tear gas first aid teams, etc.
You can see what really happens in this video by Unicorn Riot where their reporter walks among the crown and talks to many people, a number of whom recognize him.
At 1:46 into the video the reporter interviews members of Northstar Health Collective. You can read about them here, they are a typical left wing activist support group.
At 1:54 in the video a person leading the crowd announces that he came from Chicago.
The crowd is very diverse, see for example the scene at 1:39 to 1:43 where the crowd are taunting police at the 5th precinct.
The street action wing of the Democrat party is out and they are busy burning down the stores that the actual residents of the neighborhood depend on.
Governor Walz is a liar. Anyone with a couple of hours to spend watching the live streamed video from Antifa friendly reporters knows exactly who came into Minnesota to riot. A number of them come right up to the camera to speak and say where they came from.
You can see one such video here. In it the reporter walks around and does a good job of showing what is really going on, including talking to many of the people involved in the rioting. His video from the day before yesterday included footage from inside the 3rd precinct as it was being looted and set on fire.
One of the people interviewed tells how they have learned so much since the Ferguson protests so that these protests are going better for them.
Governor Walz surely has police intel squads that watch live video streams so he knows exactly who is doing the rioting. He just won't say the truth - Antifa, BLM, and their left wing allies.
