There are liberals going to Walmart and places they think in their minds are “pro-republican” not to shop but to take photos of people shopping without a mask to send it in to the state with the goal of getting the place shut down. It’s happening here everyday. My liberal democrat governor has actually set up a tip line. In their minds the ones without the masks are “Trump Supporters”. They don’t stop to think that some people have health issues that allow them not to have to wear the face mask.
For me, the way she treated her dog is the Big Deal here.
Many businesses have a “respectable behavior” or some such clause. Private life yes, though if you draw negative attention to the business they have every right to eject. She very likely would cost them more on lost revenue than her salary.
Maybe it's a NY thing, but giving treats to a dog against the owners wishes, stating I’m going to do what I want, but you’re not going to like it isn't smart at all. In fact it's stupid.
IMO, there's a huge difference between not leashing your dog and driving 1 MPH over the speed limit.
They both get an "F" from me in conflict resolution.

I think that’s a reach. She was supposed to be controlling her animal on a leash. If the animal is running free than others have a right to take it outside the prohibited area which is what he asked her to do. Calling the dog to him with a treat would have most likely resulted in her leashing the dog and ending this issue.
Your assessment would be warranted if a stranger tried to attract a dog in an area where it was entitled to run free under your supervision. The stranger would have no right to intervene in those circumstances.

I can see where the woman would see that as a threat, either to the dog, herself or both. At that point she should have attempted to leave rather than call the cops, but that’s just me. A woman alone with this guy in a remote area could reasonably feel different.
Didn’t realize there was a video with audio. Now I think she embarrassed her employer by specifying that the guy was an African-American. The cops sometimes ask you for a description but it looks as if she just volunteered this info. Complex case in a way. All depends on what happened before the video started probably.

But the fact that she walked over to him at the start of the video would suggest that she did not feel threatened.

For racists, skin color trumps everything. It must be the black man’s fault no matter the facts. The reality is that she is a Democrat-supporting loser who was caught on video threatening a black dude by telling him that she will call the cops and tell them a black man is bothering her and still these fools pretend it’s no big deal. Thankfully, most people on here support the decent side.
