The President wants the churches open but he also said he wants them to follow CDC guidelines issued today. Is everyone down with that?
The CDC guidelines issued Friday lay out a series of recommendations for houses of worship around social distancing, cleaning practices and using face covers. They also suggest limiting shared items like hymnals or communion cups and stress the need for a plan should someone become ill.

I would love to see federalized National Guard troops guarding churches, keeping the local and State LEO out.
VERY bad optics if the progs try to usurp the First Amendment.

18 U.S. Code § 242.Deprivation of rights under color of law Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 696; Pub. L. 90284, title I, § 103(b), Apr. 11, 1968, 82 Stat. 75; Pub. L. 100690, title VII, § 7019, Nov. 18, 1988, 102 Stat. 4396; Pub. L. 103322, title VI, § 60006(b), title XXXII, §§ 320103(b), 320201(b), title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(H), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 1970, 2109, 2113, 2147; Pub. L. 104294, title VI, §§ 604(b)(14)(B), 607(a), Oct. 11, 1996, 110 Stat. 3507, 3511.) I wonder if arrests for violation of an illegal or, in cases of state gov EOs, imaginary laws, counts as kidnapping? But, whether yes or no on that question, our Constitutional Rights don't end where the fear porn panic mongered self inflicted fear begins.

I just cant resist complaining about the Fox News website - at least the way it shows up on an my iPad.
Ads, links to other articles with ads, drop downs that pop in and out, ads interspersed with what you had believed be an actual topic discussion, video pop-ups ...
Enough. At least for me. I click on the links to articles on Fox News and many others like it web design-wise less and less often. I stick to those that have what used to be called Articles.

... Napolitano said Friday that President Trump does not have the authority he says he does ...Pres. Trump didn't really say that he would order governors to do anything. But I'm sure Napolitano knows that he just needed a way to spin it negatively towards Trump.

Or the section that gives the POTUS the authority to ensure that laws of the land are faithfully executed. That includes the bill of rights. I suppose legalese can find a way around that. The “judge” seems to think the Judiciary alone can enforce the Constitution. Be interested to know if that’s the legal consensus.

but then again, these communists are outright rabid power mad, This is the perfect scenario to put a muzzle on the progs.
PDJT says Open The Churches.
Halfwitt and other prog Govs say the limit is 10.
PDJT immediately federalizes NG and posts them around the churches.
Progs scream Hitler, local population cheers TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP!
Remember In November!
