Joe Biden debuted his protective gear on late night TV, just hours after Trump finally wore a face mask — very briefly. The POTUS didn’t want to ‘give the press the pleasure of seeing it.’
Unlike Donald Trump, Joe Biden has no problem with protecting others by wearing a face mask. The presumptive Democratic nominee for the upcoming 2020 presidential election briefly strapped his face mask on during the May 21 episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, his first time doing so on late night television (but certainly not his first time wearing a mask in general). It was a symbolic move, since just hours before the show aired, Biden’s election rival took off his mask after touring a Ford plant in Ypsilanti, Mich., simply to spite reporters.
“I wear the mask all the time,” Biden revealed to Stephen Colbert during Thursday night’s interview. The former U.S. vice president clarified, “Well, not all the time. When anybody’s around, other than Jill [his wife]. Although sometimes she wants me to put the mask on so she can’t hear me speak.”
Colbert didn’t beat around the question viewers really wanted to hear, though: “Are you gonna beat this guy?” Of course, “this guy” meant Trump, to which Biden responded with a resolute “Yes” multiple times. “Look, I don’t want to jinx myself, but I’ll tell you why. The American people fully understand what’s at stake here. This is the most important election in anybody’s life, not because I’m running, but because of the circumstances,” Biden explained.

Never Trumpers are claiming that no mask wearing is an issue. Well Trump has worn a mask where he was required to do so and that message has got to get out to focus on MSM lying.

Does anyone watch Colbert?
Probably true, but remaining silent hasn’t helped much over the past decade or so. I would extend the position to include not only Republicans, but conservatives, as well. If the uninformed never hear the other side, why should we expect minds to change? I don’t care who goes on, some people (Ben Shapiro) would shred these clowns in a heartbeat. Alas, most GOP politicians don’t have the guts to take a stand.
He wore a mask because they were dubbing coherent answers.

That’s a great idea. I’m not a photo shop guy, but I wish someone would do this.
From a purely scientific standpoint wearing a cover over one’s mouth prevents or at minimum significantly inhibits projection of potentially virus containing droplets into the air. Even a surgical mask accomplishes this while providing a small level of protection to the wearer from larger droplets. An n95 mask, in addition to preventing the wearer from dispersing droplets also filters out 95% of airborne contaminants from air the wearer is inhaling. An n95 is by no means perfect but it does greatly reduce the wearer’s exposure. This increases the time you can be in a contaminated area without achieving a viral load high enough for the n95 wearer to become infected. In short, it doesn’t have to filter at 100% in order to be hugely effective. People working in the service and retail industry are at high risk to potential exposure. The least one could to to help protect these people is cover your filthy mouth and keep your damned germs to yourself.
The people make half baked statements, and outright pervarications of facts contrary to what I’ve outlined above are starting to get annoying.

Perring into the future...Joe Biden gets word that he has contracted Coronavirus. His doctors quickly order up the HCQ cocktail. But, before he can administer the first dosage, Biden’s staff reveals there is a mole which threatens to reveal all to Fox News/Rush Limbaugh/conservative media.
Panic sets in.
The doctors inform Biden that they only have a matter of hours before its too late to do anything due to Biden’s age and physical health. Oh My God. What to do? Biden realizes that once news leaks out he will be doomed.
