The abuser then grabs him by the neck and pulls him off the bed.
He then turns the camera round to show the injuries he has caused to his victim, with blood seen streaming down the old man's face.

This is one of those atrocities where the only appropriate meting out of justice would have to be administered by vigilantes. Why? Because in an uncivilized society such as we now have in America, no judicial system can be relied upon to do so.
