Joe Biden Ukraine Scandal Exploding
American Thinker.com ^ | May 21, 2020 | Veronica Kyrylenko

Half a year after the failed attempt to impeach President Trump over his “pressure” on Ukraine, a topic of the relationship between the U.S. and Ukraine will be yet again getting close attention and presumably making it hot and sweaty in the Delaware basement.

A reason for that is a political scandal that burst out in Kiev on May 19, when a member of Ukrainian Parliament Andrey Derkach called a press conference where he released audio records of the phone calls between “individuals whose voices sound like” those of ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and Vice President Joseph Biden, as well as Secretary of State John Kerry who discussed the course of Ukrainian domestic policy in very precise detail. On that tapes, Joe Biden factually tells Poroshenko what to do, and Poroshenko seeking advice, cooperates his actions and frankly reassures Biden that all his orders will be executed. Mr. Derkach said that the contents of those records are sufficient to incriminate Poroshenko a treason. As for our side of the pond, the tables are rapidly turning against Biden, who, so far, “magically” shrugged off all corruption accusations.

Yours truly, as a native Russian and Ukrainian speaker, was thrilled to listen to every single word that was said on that press conference.

The central topic of the conversations on the highest level was a figure of Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, whom American counterparts insisted to be removed from the Office as a key precondition of landing Ukraine $1 billion that it strove to receive from IMF to keep its collapsing economy afloat.

So what?

Barr already said he won't lay a glove on King Obama and Gropin Joe.

From December.......

I like to think in terms of water, or fluid.
Burisma was a holding tank with a pipe to the Ukraine money pot. From Burisma, there was a valve controlling the flow and a large diameter pipeline. Corporate directors and their lawyers operate the numerous valves
From that point the plumbing becomes a very complex interconnection of manifolds with smaller valves connected to smaller diameter pipes that connect to banks scattered all over. There might be a concentration of small pipes leading to banks and corporations in say Switzerland or Lichtenstein or Panama.
Those banks say Barclays or DeutschBank or a Swiss boutique bank in Zurich hold the accounts of holding companies with downstream small diameter valves and pipes to yet other corporations.
If we select a person, Barack Obama or his daughter, they would bill a designated company for some service and receive money in a bank issued to that bank account in say the Cayman Islands. These days, that money transfer is likely electronic with no actual paper check.
Both Barack and his daughter have Mastercards issued by the offshore bank used to make purchases within the boundaries of the USA. Monthly on standing direction, the bank pays the outstanding MasterCard bill from funds on foreign deposit. The money never actually travels to the USA. Rather, debits and credits are made on bank ledgers located who knows where.
In the case of Malia, Michelle would direct her offshore lawyer to fax (perhaps e mail) her Cayman Islands company to arrange a payment by certified check from the US branch of the Cayman Islands bank in the amount of her semesters tuition directly to the university bursar.
At every valve there is a lawyer
It may also be that Burisma being an international corporation may also have an inlet pipeline connected to pipes with a money flows from outside the Ukraine.
For instance, there might be pipes connected via various banks and pipes and valves to the us treasury. That is, money from the treasury appropriated for shovel ready jobs in say Philadelphia or green energy in Soylandra could flow to the Burisma holding tank for distribution.
The President knows and understands all the mechanism. The DOJ likely has what amounts to PID’s,Piping and Instrumentation Drawings, of the vast corruption array.
The Democrats and their Iranian allies know that and are doing their dam-nest to get rid of him

It’s the Biden CHICOM scandal that should be going nuclear.

Not yet. Not until he has sufficient evidence that will hold up into any court. Going after obama would be problematic because the next ex-President to be charged would likely be Trump. However, Biden is more expendable.

Barr already said he won't lay a glove on King Obama and Gropin Joe.

He might not need to. If Ukraine puts out a warrant or subpeona on Joe Biden, what will that do to Biden's campaign? I wonder if we have an extradition treaty with Ukraine, and would we hand over Biden to them if he is found guilty?

I can dream, can't I?

“Barr already said he won’t lay a glove on King Obama and Gropin Joe.”

That’a NOT what he said. You don’t telegraph your intentions to your targets. You lull them to sleep. I don’t know what Barr is up to, but that door is NOT closed.

Barr quote:
“As to President Obama and Vice President Biden, whatever their level of involvement, based on the information I have today, I don’t expect Mr. Durham’s work will lead to a criminal investigation of either man. Our concern over potential criminality is focused on others.”

Weasel words:

“based on the information I have today” “TODAY”

(Who knows about tomorrow?)

“I don’t expect” “EXPECT”

(I didn’t EXPECT to find THIS!)

“Mr. Durham’s work” “Mr. Durham”

(We have OTHER people working on this)

“focused on others.” “FOCUSED”

(While “focused” on others, who knows what ELSE we might find)

The Hunter/Joe Biden should be going nuclear——I agree.

But I like the versimilitude of Biden on tape demanding a quid pro quo for foreign aid.

We need to milk that for all its worth......sticks it to nancy and her fantasy impeachment flop nicely.

......audio records of phone calls between what sounds like voices of corrupt then-Ukraine President Poroshenko
(who later went on the run), Obama's point man in Ukraine, VP Biden, and Secy of State John Kerry......

The collaborators discussed the course of Ukrainian domestic policy in very precise detail. On tape, Joe Biden outlines the quid pro quo.

Visions of billions in foreign aid dancing in his corrupt head, Poroshenko cooperates, reassuring Biden
"all his orders (the firing) will be executed" (just as long as Biden comes across w/ billions of US tax dollars).

“Barr already said he won’t lay a glove on King Obama and Gropin Joe.”

I believe he said based on the evidence he currently has there won’t be criminal charges on Obama/Biden. So there still might be hope if Barr sees additional evidence. I know, pipe dream, just trying to stay optimistic!

Well OK. About Barr. ‘If you shoot at the (former and/or the wannabe) king, you had better kill him.” There is no reason for Barr to tip his hand. What he says or doesn’t say now has nothing to do with the case he is (hopefully) building against the Jackwads.

He was circumspect in his language, and he was talking about Obamagate, not the Ukraine. Let’s see how far SenatorJohnson’s committee goes with that.

I'd like to see them send a couple of Viktor Dragos and then take "tough guy" Biden out behind the gym.
