This will be the start of the revolution in California. The bureaucrats and their enforcers are going to get their salaries cut due to the COVID crisis. There will be a mutiny in the ranks.

Since the average state income is probably 120+, that’s a good idea! Plus, it’ll be fun to watch them eat their own!!

Government unions are the biggest conflict of interest in history. They should be eliminated from the planet Earth.

The cycle of corruption

1. Public employee unions use some of the dues money to bribe politicians who “negotiate” and vote for their pay and benefits.

2. The pols agree to raise the pay and benefits.

3. The union increases the bribes after raising the dues.

4. The pols raise the pay and benefits again.

5. The pols are in the pocket of the unions and no one represents the taxpayers.

Govt workers have not been impacted the way the private sector has been. This explains why the rat Governors still have strong support by a large number. When the Govt workers start feeling it that support will evaporate.

I thought Governor Newsom said California had a surplus and there were no worries.

I have to wonder...

They are going to have to take 10% pay cut.

So, do they then get unemployment?

And do they get the $600 weekly Covid check because they were laid off for Covid reasons?

If so, they likely would be making more than if they were actually working.

As if they were actually working.

We have this scam starting here in Michigan soon.

Insightful.

First people will say "Hey, I got to like staying home, enjoying myself and relaxing while government money comes in. Federal bonus on top of unemployment is just a little more than I'd make working with the insulting 10% cut---AND I have to pay taxes if I work. And Pelosi just proposed January 2021 as the new cutoff for all unemployment started recently. "

Then, if money is cut off "With all my empty wine bottles I can make Molotov Cocktails again like in the 60s. Down with the USA."

Need to cut public employee pensions 10% to be in line with the private pension losses in the stock market. Public employee pension rates are generous and guaranteed. My 401K is not and got hammered hard this year.

How about a special 10,000,000 percent retroactive state tax on $24k refrigerators and $12 a pint ice cream? Heck, send Pelosi the whole bill.
