Some lawyer said that Sullivan can still have Flynn imprisoned. Don’t know if it’s true.
My understanding is that the judge can accept the original guilty plea and sentence Flynn. If he just wants to stick it to Flynn, I'm confused why he didn't just do that.

My understanding is that the judge can accept the original guilty plea and sentence Flynn. I'm no lawyer, but isn't there a bit of habeas corpus here? Flynn pled guilty -- but to what? Was there a real crime? DOJ says No. Flynn is making a claim, but someone needs to prove that the claim is true -- did an illegal act take place?
You know, if I claim I murdered Brad Pitt, they won't convict me. Sure, I pled guilty. But there was no crime.
