I always believed that God favored America for her support of Israel. I was privileged to accept my first foreign service assignment, taking my family, for two years at the AmEmb Tel Aviv. I was lucky to provide IT to the American Consulate Jerusalem. Both Christmas Mornings I took our family to Jerusalem with light snow flakes! Israel is God’s country.

I think it is an acceptance of reality, something that I find refreshing.
Jerusalem is the capital of Israel and embassies are suppose to be located in the capital of the country you are in.
If someone persisted in putting their embassy in Philadelphia under the justification that it was the capital of the US people would be justifiably confused and annoyed.
Reality. Accept it or not, reality does not gave a hoot.
