Question: As I understand it, the judge in the case, Emmet Sullivan, is a stickler for exculpatory material (Brady material) being disclosed, but I also thought that he was the one who openly berated Flynn in court at some point (probably after his confession was entered), even accusing him of treason, etc.
The question is, do I have that right? If so, Judge Sullivan’s reaction to all this is going to be interesting, assuming he was so taken in by the prosecution’s case that he felt justified in severely humiliating Flynn in court. I’m reasonably certain that Judge Sullivan is one of the good guys, so that makes it doubly interesting, in that he could do a complete 180 on the prosecutor (who just withdrew from the case, apparently.)
“Prosecute” them all but leave the cooks, to after chow” Old Military Cliche. Strzok and shackee first in line! Will he smirk for the cameras?
