Most definitely. They just mouthed to Flynn what the DOJ told them to say. They weren't representing him. They were representing the DOJ the whole time.
Flynn should be given the honor to press the play button on the Weiner laptop at her military tribunal.

Judge Sullivan has to signed off on it but the DOJ present good grounds on why it should be dropped. Even if Flynn lied, which he didn’t he was coerced to do so, it’s still not material to any investigation or crime being committed. The new documents show that the case against Flynn was being closed for lack of evidence of Flynn colluding with the RUSSIANS or any crime for that . There was no reason to conduct that interview with Flynn

I suspect this happened because option B was looking more and more likely to occur. I say worse because there will be many Leftists saying "well, Trump just let him off" as things now stand.

Flynn was a general was he not that over saw some of the counter terrorism conducted in Afghanistan in the 2000s?
I asked a lawyer here in Canada is what happens if you beat a murder charge but spent $100,000 on your defense. He said you have to sue to get your money back! Wow, so you lose even when winning. Is it the same in the USA? If you are high profile enough perhaps the shame heaped on the state compels them to pay one back.
