A conservative law firm is calling a new order in Kansas City, Missouri, "Nazi-like" for requiring churches to "surveil, track, and spy" on anyone who attends an in-person service.
Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas issued the 10/10/10 rule in effect May 5, ordering that nonessential businesses, like churches, can have 10 people inside and 50 people outside as long as they practice social distancing. They also must record the information of anyone who spends more than 10 minutes inside.
In addition, nonessential businesses can operate at 10 percent maximum capacity.
The order states that by recording names and contact information, the health department will be able “to more quickly trace, test, and isolate individuals who may have been exposed to COVID-19.” Anyone who doesn't provide their information won't be allowed in.
“Our goal isn’t to see what everyone is doing and be Big Brother,” Lucas said, according to FOX 4, but that's not how many in the community see it.

In a small church you would easily be able to remember each other and figure out who was there, writing it down makes it easier, but MANDATING it would be very wrong.

When Tommy Robinson was arrested, some of his supporters were shouting “Nazi scum” at the police and in mockery making the fascist salute, and the British MSM blurred the audio so you couldn’t hear what they were saying, and then accused them of making the fascist salute as an expression of their loyalty to “Tommy Robinson, founder and one-time leader of the right-wing extremist group English Defense League”. Don’t do it.
He also told them TO conduct a census and pay a census tax to boot.
Was wondering if this is being done for Mosques...??

When are city folks going to wise up? They voted for him. They’re getting what they deserve. There is a side of me that wants state government or the federal government to override this kind of tyranny. But on the other hand, maybe a little self-imposed abuse should linger long enough for progressive city folks to change their minds about things (although these Godless people probably do not care). I just don’t want this to become the norm across the country and in red counties.

At one time, that would be considered lying. Sooner or later, one has to take a stand. When I asked my Pastor if he was going to give the Hillsborough County Commission a list of the members, he said no he was not. Let the chips fall where they may. They do not have the Constitutional authority to close a place of worship. They do have the guns of the City Police to back them up. And some County Sheriffs will use their Deputies to enforce their illegal decrees. Other County Sheriffs will honor the Oaths they swore to and place principles over politics and refuse to enforce such illegal decrees. Most, if not all that have challenged these little Hitlers in a Court of Law have prevailed.
Where is AG Barr, the DOJ and the ACLU? Does this apply equally to mosques or just Christian churches?
Effing governors and mayors think they can just breathe laws into existence, and the sheeple let them.
From what I learned, this cat Quinton Lucas is a law professor, a community organizer, a local yokel, a Democrat. That rings a bell.
