RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Gov. Ralph Northam presented his reopening guidelines for Virginia today during his update on the coronavirus outbreak in the commonwealth.
Northam said the state will have three phases to open up. Phase I will allow businesses to re-open with limitations. For example, people can go to the hair salon but will need to make an appointment. Also, restaurants can reopen but will need to limit their seating to allow for social distancing.
He said phase I will likely last three weeks and won’t happen until at least next week.
Northam is the enemy. He should be treated as such.
The’ll be happy to reopen on Nov. 4.

I know. With voting by mail, they can officially control all three. And since the Chinese flu destroyed what was left of the Constitution. they can pass any law that they please. Who is to stop them?

In Maryland, the overwhelming majority of cases are in three counties and the City of Baltimore.

Of the other 24 counties, seven of them have less than 100 cases. One has only five.
Yet, our tyrant governor has the entire state on complete lockdown and then when some patriots protest, lies on national TV. (if you consider CNN to be a national network) about the number of protesters.

In Virginia, the top 5 counties are more than 50% of the total (out of 133 counties and cities)
Fairfax 4615 4615 23.7%
Prince William 2146 6761 34.7%
Arlington 1139 7900 40.5%
Henrico 964 8864 45.5%
Loudoun 961 9825 50.4%
Only 1 is out of northern virginia, and they had a huge outbreak in multiple old folk’s homes.
50% of our counties have 96.2% of our cases.
The same 5 counties have 53% of our hospitalizations, and 59% of our deaths.
25% of our counties have 87% of cases, 86% of hospitalizations, and 87% of deaths.
By any reasonable measure, 75% of our counties could have been opened weeks ago, if not kept from lockdown altogether.
There’s one silver lining. My daughter is going to need a newer car soon. She lives in Charlottesville. She’s still working and this gives her lots of opportunity to save some money.

I just added it up in my NC county (pop. 118,000 est.) from the State website.
... total 203 cases, 21 deaths
... 155 of these 203 cases are in nursing homes/extended care facilities (29 staff, 126 residents). The 29 staff are all illnesses, no deaths. The 126 residents are 105 illnesses and 21 deaths which are all of the deaths in the county
... balance of the county - 48 illnesses, no deaths
It is obvious the elderly are hardest hit (76% of cases, 100% of deaths). Most illnesses/deaths either work in enclosed extended care facilities or are the residents.
