“Practice prevention, not that difficult with covid-19.”
I don’t recall medical types wearing P-95 masks and PPEs when dealing with most other illnesses. It’s highly infectious.
“And improve your own bodys ability to produce anti-bodies before the virus overwhelms your body and makes you so sick, recovery becomes difficult.”
Which could actually increase your chance of dying from Covid. The massive immune response known as cytokine storm is suspected to be causing the fatal as opposed to mild cases.

I am speaking of prevention by NON_MEDICAL people like me.
Was on a crowded cruise ending on Feb 29th, 2020.
Been to grocery stores at least once a week since the cruise ended. But I leave if I hear any one coughing nearby in store.
Been to bank and pick up restaurant food many times.
Accompanied wife every 3 weeks for her chemo treatment to sit in with the doctor.
Filled in gas a few times touching the dirtiest place touched by many others...the gas pump dispenser.
Only thing we have been doing is wash hands before touching face. Wearing mask mainly helps others getting infected by you.
The “massive immune response” occurs only after your anti-bodies fail to kill the virus.
There is nothing more important to fight ANY VIRUS than aerobic exercise regularly. Strong lungs are our best asset. Which is why I have very little fear of getting really sick with massive immune response. My lungs have too much oxygen moving in and out for the virus to take a foothold.
I simply can not believe how energetic I feel at age 80 due to daily aerobic exercise. People in my gym think I am in early 60’s watching me exercise.
