Dallas Mavericks Owner and billionaire investor Mark Cuban pushed back Wednesday on Tesla CEO Elon Musk for reportedly calling states' coronavirus shelter-in-place orders “fascist.”
“Anything that negatively impacts Tesla, Elon hates, period, end of story,” Cuban said on “Fox News @ Night” on Wednesday. “I don’t think he has other people’s interests at heart. I mean, I don’t really know him at all, but that’s just my take.”
During an earnings call on Wednesday, The Verge reported that Musk said, “The expansion of shelter-in-place, or as we call it, forcibly imprisoning people in their homes, against all their constitutional rights, is, in my opinion, breaking people’s freedoms in ways that are horrible and wrong, and not why people came to America and built this country.”

Musk has a bonus at stake. It requires him to make certain production and sales goals. It is multiple tens of millions dollars. - chump change for him. I suspect it is all ego and stock valuation based. Cuban on the other hand is just a gas bag.

Cuban has been all over the place lately. Lou Dobbs had him on the other night and Cuban said he thought Trump has done a bad job during the virus. It was the end of the show and Lou had no chance to respond. Cuban supported the biggest crook in politics in American history for president, so I don’t think he has good judgement.

Where does it say in the Constitution that the government can arbitrary remove our constitution rights? We were willing to suspend them for a 15 day period to find out what was happening with the disease, but the governors are extending that to 2 months!
