Any arrivals , and now continuing thru the end of May , any & all arrivals have to totally quarantine for 14 days in their accommodation . People arrive , agree and then sneak out . They are ‘reported’ ,then arrested ,and after the 2nd offence, put on a plane ,at their expense , sent away.With almost zero rent-a-cars on the roads they stand out like sore thumbs. Who will visit in such draconian conditions? Most airlines have stopped flying and most won’t return until there is a mutually agreed ‘green light’, or August (maybe) , whichever comes first

I have lived through Polio, Smallpox, measles, whooping cough,swine flu, avian flu, and influenza without ever seeing a lockdown or even talk of one.

One thing I’ve noticed since being here... this is more of a third world country.
Philippines would be nicer and have a higher education than here :/ I don’t think more than 20% of these folks made it past 3rd grade, and their English is horrible :p
