Many argued that the shutdown has been extremely devastating to the economy and has destroyed the financial stability for families and businesses.

People from across the state attended the event, including from the Capital Region, Westchester, and Long Island.

High school and college seniors said they want to go back to school, business owners said they want to reopen or they won’t recover, and parents said they want their children back in their classrooms.

Except that almost ail the coronavirus deaths in New York, happened after the lockdown. The shut down has been the biggest killer of all, mostly from already infected people, infecting others that they are cooped up in the same houehold with 24/7, and breathing in the same infected air.

My daughter wonders aloud why it is too dangerous for him to work alone in a vacant house but perfectly fine for him to take a job at Walmart and get stampeded all day.
