The New York Times finally got around to a story (page 20-21) on sexual assault allegations made against Joe Biden by former staffer Tara Reade. The trappings were comprehensive, with many interviews about the alleged incident, but this particular #meToo tale got a cool reception, as reporters Lisa Lerer and Sydney Ember emphasized doubts, scrupulousness the paper manifestly failed to show regarding charges made against now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
And there was one paragraph (encapsulated in an already notorious deleted tweet) so jaw-dropping that it was swiftly edited out. But Twitchy caught that gaffe by the Times:
Other than the unwanted "touching," no problems?
The coolly written online headline deck gave the slant away: Examining Tara Reades Sexual Assault Allegation Against Joe Biden -- Ms. Reade, a former Senate aide, has accused Mr. Biden of assaulting her in 1993 and says she told others about it. A Biden spokeswoman said the allegation is false, and former Senate office staff members do not recall such an incident.

Hugs, kisses and touching would land any GOP official in hot water.
So tired of this dang hypocrites.
It's always been a thing for prominent Democrat politicians. Not so much so for Republicans.
How nice of the Slimes to give such a glowing, exculpatory pass to Creepy Old Joe at the same time they (once again) smear Trump over his response to China Flu.
It's always been a thing for prominent Democrat politicians. Not so much so for Republicans.
Good analysis.
Also the ridiculously fickle American people gush over and adore a new face for about 2-3 weeks and then are bored and toss them aside. Former Mayor Pete was the thing, Bernie had the "Bernie's Bern" surge going, watch out for Elizabeth Warren to take it all except Mike Bloomberg was the chance to win big in November....Where are they now?
So a little ‘unwanted touching’ is ok ?
Only if you’re progressive lib POS!
If they can rush in Cuomo at the last minute and dress him up like they did Obama: you know, that Brilliant-Savior-of-the-World-in-Greek-God-Garb--or like they did Hillary: The-Smartest-Woman-in-the-World-Who's-Also-Selfless, Caring, Elegant, and Classy (nevermind the filthy language)--that sort of thing--they can overwhelm the Lower Slobovia voters with propaganda and, who knows, pull off an upset???.
I don't know why I didn't think of that.
“...Wait, What? NY Times on Biden: No Misconduct Beyond Hugs, Kisses and Touching
Joe “fingers” Biden.
They know their only chance with whomever runs is cheating.
Hence the vote from home push.
Might as well stick with biden.
Biden would be a figurehead, just like Obama, whom the covert cabal that rules the Democrat Party can control.
With enough shenanigans and propaganda, they might just pull off the long-held Democrat Dream: seizing control of the USA, with its enormous power and vast wealth, and converting it into a brutal ruling oligarchy, along the lines of Red China or North Korea--or, better still, something like the Roman Imperium--themselves as ruling oligarchy, of course. (They might have to fight internally for control, like the Bolsheviks in the USSR did.)
According to the NYT a little touching is OK especially if it’s between the legs.
Senile is even better than stupid, like obama.
Joe will be reading from a card the whole time.
And i’m guessing on decent sized doses of medicine.
It needs to be spread around to all of our acquaintances with the request that they forward it on also
We will do this at the appropriate time
They need to give Joe, Hunter and the other Dems embroiled in the Ukraine thievery as much cover time as possible, away from investigating "the opposition candidate."
Dems want the cover of the coming candidate switcheroo (or is that "Torching"?) and fast media "vetting" (promotion) for the new candidate to overtake the legitimacy any more scintillae of Ukrainian investigation.
Hopefully AG Barr hasn't been distracted one iota from Ukraine vis-à-vis assignments among his staff.
Sure. Nothing to see here.
...AND LYING...
"But we all lie, so that is certainly not misconduct..."
