Anthony Fauci says parts of U.S. could open next month

The United States’ top infectious disease expert says the economy in parts of the country could be allowed to reopen as early as next month.

Dr. Anthony Fauci says there’s no light switch that will be clicked to turn everything back on. He says a “rolling re-entry” will be required based on the status of the new coronavirus pandemic in various parts of the country.

Fauci says those factors include the region of the country, the nature of the outbreak it already has experienced and the possible threat of an outbreak to come.

Social distancing guidelines imposed by President Donald Trump are set to expire April 30.

It’s not just Fauci who is our lord and master right now.

Here in Southern California we’ve got the L.A. County Health Director, the mayor of Los Angeles, the mayor of Long Beach, and various other functionaries who step up to their podiums and dictate more and more restrictions on our liberties, day after miserable day. And the sheeple meekly obey. There’s a general mood of anxiety and paranoia everywhere, and now local police are empowered to cite people if they’re not wearing their mask or obeying to a tee each and every mandate. $1,000 fine to boot!
The mayor of L.A., the leftist Eric Garcetti, has encouraged people to “snitch” on their neighbors if they’re not following each and every order from the ‘leaders’. It’s like the old Soviet Union, it really is!

Almost overnight the People have been stripped of their freedoms without even a whimper of resistance. And heaven help you if you express a contrary opinion on social media or even question the speed and scope of this lockdown. You’ll get a chorus of “STAY AT HOME!” responses, and be accused of wanting people to die. I could never believe this would happen in America.
