CHRIS Cuomo is taking at least 45 pills a day to recover from coronavirus, and CBD for the pain.
This and his daily sauna sessions are all on the advice of an energy medicine physician, who also developed a menu of foods he should eat while battling COVID-19.
The CNN anchor's wife Cristina Greeven Cuomo shared what she has been giving her husband in hopes that it might help others who are struggling with patients at home.
"Since this particular virus has no proven remedy, the plan we set in place was to use oxygenated herbs to get ahead of the curve and boost Chris immune system for the battle ahead," writes Cristina on The Purist.
"The food plan I outline below was meant to cleanse his liver with whole, vital foods so it can manage the viral die-off and provide him with much-needed energy, which this virus steals."
Cristina then added: "His system has been compromised by years of too many antibiotics and other chronic issues, fatty foods and so forth."
The at-home sauna is a way to restore vitamins says Cristina.
"Thirty minutes of sunshine when it is sunny out helps his vitamin D levels," she writes.
"He has also been sitting in the Sunlighten sauna every day, which seems to make him feel better and has helped with his fever."
After the first week of clean eating, which included lots of vegetables and soups, Cristina introduced CBD.
She did not however share how she was incorporating that into her husband's diet.

Thanks, Bob434.
Sheesh. Lord help us.
This guy is more likely to die of a heart attack from the 45 pills than dying from the coronavirus.
This is basically a commercial for his wife’s tofu moonbeam health biz:
“While Chris has made a name for himself at the news desk, Cristina has a niche of her own in the health and wellness space. As the founder of the online magazine The Purist, the native New Yorker delivers content specializing in nutrition, exercise, and a more peaceful lifestyle that focuses on optimum overall health.”
Not great for your kidneys.
Sounds like he’s taking a bunch of snake oil.
Obviously, he isn’t very sick. He’d be taking real medicine if he were.
Yeah I doubt he was ever sick. Just a sick, juicy smollet. Like publicity stunt.
RE: Sounds like hes taking a bunch of snake oil.
But CNN isn’t calling them “unproven” the way they do Hydroxychloroquine.
Ummm...He appears to be a hypocondriac?
That’s really dangerous taking all that just to avoid Hydrochloronine and Zinc to avoid giving any credit to Trump.
Is this Snowflake behavior?
What a silly man or boy.
He is most definitely a ‘Fredo’ type.
Actually, if you look at his regimen from the list I just sent you, you will notice hes taking quinine, and his press colleagues keep telling us that anti-malarial drugs (like quinine and hydroxychloroquine) are quackery for the coronavirus.
This is part of his list:
1 OKO-3x daily (stabilized oxygen, potentized Quinine 3x homeopathic dilution prepared in Sac Lac base)
Another Rush.
There is evidence to support testing hydroxychloroquine for efficacy against Covid-19 in clinical trials. I think the bulk of the push back against that is just Trump derangement syndrome manifesting.
But snake oil is snake oil. I wonder if Chris Cuomo was ever actually diagnosed with Covid-19.
BE CAREFUL using that much Belladonna long term, Chris. It is often used for the primary purpose of inducing hallucinations and vivid or ‘lucid’ dreams. Some Shaman call it the Devil’s Weed.
A lucid dream is when you are in a deep dream state, and are aware of that fact. So aware, that you can train yourself to make certain choices or produce certain reactions to various sensations.
CBD =?= Cannabidiol
That's an awful lot of crap to take for a virus. God only knows what all those various substances are doing to his body. These are the possible warnings and side effects for the Magnesium citrate:
Magnesium citrate side effects. Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Stop using magnesium citrate and call your doctor at once if you have:
no bowel movement within 6 hours after taking the medicine;
pain with bowel movements, rectal bleeding;
watery diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, severe stomach pain;
painful or difficult urination;
flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling);
a light-headed feeling, like you might pass out;
weak or shallow breathing, slow heartbeats; or
muscle weakness, increased thirst.
Common side effects may include:
loose stools, diarrhea, stomach cramps;
upset stomach;
dizziness; or
increased sweating
How does he know that some of the things he's taking, aren't causing symptoms he thinks are related to the virus? This guy's a kook!
I call Malarky on the method of recovery. On the whole story really...
We always have to ask: who benefits?
Turns out his wife is trying to make her name in the health niche.
I've never taken hydrocloriquine, and have very weird dreams most nights. Sometimes I wake up saying: "Where the hell did that one come from?" I take meds for acid/reflux/GERD, hypo-thryroidism, blood pressure, sugar, cholesterol, and an anti-inflammatory.
RE: BE CAREFUL using that much Belladonna long term, Chris. It is often used for the primary purpose of inducing hallucinations and vivid or lucid dreams. Some Shaman call it the Devils Weed.
So, why do I not see CNN publishing something about this? All I see is the media telling us how “unproven” and potentially dangerous Hydroxychloroquine is.
Now that he is feeling better after going through hell (yeah right) he deserves a relaxing Vacation.
A nice fishing trip to Lake Tahoe should do the trick.
