We are very close now, to having experienced the highest death toll, in the entire world.

stop spewing liberal propaganda. We’re leading the world because we’re testing the most. And China behind us in total cases? I don’t buy that for one second!
1. We are the third largest country in the world. So it would stand to reason we’d have about the the third most cases.
2. China is lying. They are the most populated. They have the most cases and the most deaths. No question.
3. India is second largest. I don’t think of them as so much lying as not having the infrastructure to accurately know and report.
It is not propaganda.

The US population is greater than largest 5 European countries (UK, Germany, Italy, France, and Spain) combined. Compare our total cases and deaths to the combined numbers in those countries. The number of deaths, in particular, aren’t even close.

Meaningful measures is per capita deaths in the Western World.
Japan and South Korea may have accurate figures.

The on the ground reports I get from western India is that the hospitals are virtually empty.
Perhaps so. In that case for some reason India is spared. They are second largest.
Perhaps also other factors at play. I don’t know India well enough to guess.
