what really, truly sucks is there are many, including myself, that have worked hard for years, lived within their means, paid all their bills, have little or no debt, saved a decent nest egg, put the kids through college without any loans....and my life will be destroyed by the coming depression - which would have happened w/o the virus. A depression brought on by people this stupid in power as well as an orgy of stupidity and debt by consumers and corporations.
Not every small business owner is a pauper either. Some are sitting on huge piles of cash and other wealth while at the same time laying off staff. Be careful who you have sympathy for.
The government should just issue everyone a small printing press and they can print out ONLY what money they need...(use the honor system)...then everyone can print $$$ ..each ...according to his needs...../s.

AS a previous owner of a small business I can attest to the fact others who are clueless as to what is involved in owning said business in fact do believe we are all rich. This is nothing new since I owned my business some 20 years ago.

Everytime an American looked at an item for where it was made in. It came from this country (China). Now China’s reliance making everything was being threatened by a change in leadership in America which was a major consumer of those products. When Americans hailed their leaders decision to make many of them back in their country US. Their politburo worried. Worse yet opponents to the Chinese regime in power had its citizens protesting its policies since that change in American leadership wave the American flag and present his name when doing so. Would a runaway plague created by a nation which could threaten populations of an enemy cause them to react by demanding extreme restriction of movement by its population to prevent its spread ? Thus wind up fragmenting its economy.The way this whole thing developed starting with the Italian fashion industry areas controlled by the Chinese commies hit by a runaway CoVid19. Sure looks suspicious particularly when crews of naval vessels somehow wind up being infected by it before Italy made the headlines.

China backers here who will be hit hard are also claiming that Trump’s alleged stock ownership in a quinine pills maker claim its a controlling interest in a product to be totally ineffective and when used requires a severe restriction of movement when near a possible carrier known as a shutdown because of its rapid transmission .
Of course they can’t do math, it was just a few weeks ago the biggest talking heads were proudly proclaiming on TV, how Bloomberg spent enough money on his campaign to give every person in the company $1,000,000 - that in a nutshell explains the liberal thought process and intellect.

I kind of think the term, “illiterate” means that they don’t know. I think it’s deeper than that- they actually don’t know what they don’t know. In addition they were miseducated by book-smart idiots who were Communists- and still are communist. That’s the problem. They believe in we vs. them. And those who are rich communists (e.g., AOC, et al) don’t even see themselves as rich communists they just believe they have a right to keep what they have because they are in charge and they think they are smarter when in fact again they are too ignorant to know that they are stupid.
