Hit the source link to open a *.pdf of a flow chart procedure for treating COVID-19 inpatients. Look on the left hand side.
The *.pdf document is from this web page at Yale: https://covid.yale.edu/clinical/protocol/
The Dr in NY dr Vladamir Zelenko specifically said that was the purpose of why he prescribes it in the region along with zinc.
Oh Ok, now it makes sense. Thank you.
I was thinking no way would it be used unless a cyclist had fallen over and passed out. But even then this agent is rather exotic so ordinarily I thought an O2 mask would be brought to the scene by paramedics or other first responders.
But still good to know about the result with the 80 year old. He sounded really really sick when brought in. Both Raoult and Zelenko lost very elderly patients but not more than you can count on the fingers of one hand. Still, in such cases, Docs can use rhEPO as an alternative once the numbers come in and put everyone concerned at ease.
Regime (sorry autocorrect)
I know a Family friend who was at Yale New Haven Hospital for some non-routine treatment and they said they had great care there, from the Nurses doing routine tasks to all the doctors involved everyone seemed to be 110% dedicated to treating them. They said they had a possible complication during the procedure in within a matter of a minutes additional doctors and specialists were already there to discuss the best way to proceed.
I love seeing CNN gets punked. They so deserve it.
Fixed that for you.
But yes, this in particular.
Ive seen it both ways depending on the practitioner, I think just with the HCQ.
Are you using HCQ, Zinc and AZ? Dosages? When are you administering? On test result or on hospitalization or on symptom onset?
how about adding EPO...just read a little bit about it being used with good results with some “antimalarial” drug, which was not named...
I’m always behind on these threads.....
Curious....when in the infection cycle are you using it? Early on, in the late stages only? What does the typical patient look like, and how do they respond to this, if at all?
Looking for other treatments is common sense, since even if this does work it’ll surely be contraindicated in some patients.
I asked her about it earlier in this thread and provided a link. The full text of the article goes into more detail. I’d like to hear what the other doctors on FR such as Jim Noble have to say, as well.
Transfusion of one unit of packed RBC and adequate hydration were prescribed for the patient. According to COVID-19 national committee treatment protocols, the following medications were started: 1) Hydroxychloroquine Tab 400 mg stat 2) Oseltamivir Cap 75 mg twice daily for 5 days 3) Lopinavir /Ritonavir Tab 400/100 mg twice daily for 5 days Recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) was administered at a dose of 300 IU/kg divided into 5 doses of 4000 IU subcutaneous injections every other day during a 9-day treatment course.
Furthermore, Ceftriaxone 1 g twice daily IV infusion was initiated for the treatment of pneumococcal superinfection because of the observed consolidation and air bronchogram pattern in the CT scan.
ping
This was recommended in a written protocol at the University of Washington, Harvard Medical School, and others more than a month ago.
Have you seen the posts about erythropoietin on this thread?
Any thoughts?

My liberal family members will do the same. They have all bought the fake news media’s kool aid on this effective treatment regimen.
Brainwashing is a terrible force that can be opposed only by a willingness to face the truth - something my liberal siblings lack. Sadly. Infuriatingly.
I’m just getting going on the hemoglobin story.
The way original posted articles propose the virus interacts with oxygenation at the cellular level does not make sense, but that doesn’t mean deoxygenation is not going on by some as-yet-undiscovered mechanism.
Interesting stuff. We’re discussing it this morning.
Thank you.
Need to somehow get this flow chart to President Trump and VP Pence.
Maybe someone on the President’s staff reads FR.
One can hope.
People keep talking about zinc.
Have you added it also?
Some people are also talking about Vit C?
But some people add Vit C to every issue.
Thanks for the info. I had wondered why Dr. Raoult got the results he did without zinc.
