It really does not matter if it cures the disease or so it seems to me. Covid is not cancer. It has a short lifespan in the host as seen by those who survive. If HCQ treats the symptoms well enough to prevent the virus from killing the patient that would seem enough of a reason to release.

A friend’s doctor friend was diagnosed with coronavirus after a trip to Colorado, was hospitalized, and was given hydroxychloroquine . . .and happy to say he is now recuperating at home.
