President Donald Trump previewed a difficult period ahead of the coronavirus infection peak on Saturday at the White House.
“We are really coming up onto a time that’s going to be horrendous,” Trump said.
He noted that the United States had not experienced a situation like a coronavirus crisis before.
“We’re getting to that point where it’s going to really be … some very bad numbers,” Trump said.
Currently, there are over 8,400 deaths from coronavirus. New York has over 3,500 deaths from the virus and New Jersey has 846 deaths.
Governor Andrew Cuomo admitted Saturday that New York had not reached the apex of deaths from the virus.

Under the new Guidance, any death which COVID-19 “caused or is assumed to have caused or contributed to” will be counted as a coronavirus death. He explains that “other possibly relevant factors, like, oh, COPD, are considered secondary.” Berenson adds, “Confirmed lab tests are not required.”
Berenson is concerned that deaths in which the underlying cause may be heart disease, cancer, influenza or something else, will be included in the total number of coronavirus deaths.
Check with the families of the dead people then, I’m sure they will clear things up for you.

Our pastor just finished on Facebook. They said we could have Sunrise services next Sunday morning at Church. EXCEPT everyone must remain in their car. Each car must be of one family, no going to pick anyone up, cars will be parked 6 feet apart, someone will direct parking, pastor with help of mic and speakers will be outside his car talking to us. State’s rules, not the Church. So, they are at least letting us do this. He goes to the Church and is there with the camera guy who is in the 2d level como room putting it out on Facebook. I’ve asked they continue doing this after we go back, IF we ever get to go back, and that way when you are out sick or away from town, etc., we can log on and watch the entire service. We are a small Church so do not normally stream our services. But, this Facebook thing, even tho I don’t like FB, we created an account to watch these, works fine.

I don't have pollen allergies but sniffled for a few days and had a coughing spell like I have never experienced before, one short bout of rapid fire "dry" cough. I did not really know what was meant by dry cough before. Now I know. I also had a very bad and uncharacteristic headache for a day. Wife had another set of symptoms that should have presaged being very sick were it normal flu but did not get sick further. Daughter and her three boys the same, headaches and sniffles and some cough. SIL who is a pharmacy tech at the hospital had "tightness of chest for a week." He has asthma so thought it was that but his inhaler did not help this time. I have heard neighbors say similar things. I work as a secutiry guard at a shipyard where men are sent home for 2 weeks if they show up with sniffles or cough. Surely all the germs do not go home with them. Many of the guys have "felt funny" for a couple of days. I have come to believe that millions more have been infected by WuHan Flu than credited with it but for maybe 90% it is a little thing that might not be even noticed. If that is the case I do hope it confers immunity, at least for the current version and, if that is the case then all the shutdown and hysteria is merely the nation beating itself into the ground for no good reason. Quarantining is not accomplishing anything because the infected ones have already spread it about prolifically.
But the media thinks Cuomo should be President. SMH.

61,000 people died in the 2017-2018 flu season.
That means 670 people died every day during 2017-2018 flu season. And was barely mentioned on the news.

Yes, they were so eager to label Trump a racist after restricting travel a China. The N Y Health commissioner, Oxiris Barbot just before the Chinese lunar new celebration on Feb 9 tweeted,
“As we gear up to celebrate the #LunarNewYear in NYC, I want to assure New Yorkers that there is no reason for anyone to change their holiday plans, avoid the subway, or certain parts of the city because of #coronavirus.”
Playing the race card once again she says “I want to be clear, this is about a virus, not a group of people. There is NO excuse for anyone to discriminate or stigmatize people of Asian heritage. We are here today to urge all New Yorkers to continue to live their lives as usual,”
Not a peep from the media about this moron, so eager to label Trump as a racist for banning travel to China, encouraging Chinese people to all get together and celebrate.

Any locality in the Country with more than 10 infections is at significant risk for community transmission.
Right now, that includes 70% of all of the counties in the country.
