President Donald Trump previewed a difficult period ahead of the coronavirus infection peak on Saturday at the White House.
“We are really coming up onto a time that’s going to be horrendous,” Trump said.
He noted that the United States had not experienced a situation like a coronavirus crisis before.
“We’re getting to that point where it’s going to really be … some very bad numbers,” Trump said.
Currently, there are over 8,400 deaths from coronavirus. New York has over 3,500 deaths from the virus and New Jersey has 846 deaths.
Governor Andrew Cuomo admitted Saturday that New York had not reached the apex of deaths from the virus.

It's not the apocalypse, but it's a bad virus, and we have no herd immunity against it. Although there are ‘experts’ coming out of the woodwork, no one knows all that we need to know about this virus.
We don't know why some people (even young patients without pre-conditions) wind up with severe respiratory failure and/or multi-organ system failure, and others (even older patients with pre-existing conditions) have mild symptoms - or no symptoms at all.
We don't know exactly how it's transmitted (yes we know some routes of transmission, but we really don't know all we need to know about how it spreads). We don't know how many strains there are out there in this outbreak, or truly how rapidly it is mutating.
We don't know what ‘recovery’ means (e.g., Can you still shed virus? Is immunity widespread and persistent in those who have recovered? For those who've had severe illness and have recovered, what are the sequelae?).
We really don't know what the mortality rate is, because we don't really know how many people have had it).
We truly do not know how it evolved, or whether or not it is the result of some degree of genetic engineering (nothing in the literature, and nothing that's been discussed publicly answers this question definitively).
Trump has been put in a corner by the lefty advisers around him, Fauci in particular. If he doesn’t pass along their dire predictions based on bogus models, if things get worse, the media will blame him for the increase in deaths all the way to November.
They are going to blame him anyway, but most people know that’s nonsense, in fact most people believe he’s doing a very good job. If he doesn’t play along with what they are saying, then he’s leaving himself wide open “Trump ignored experts around him, thousands more die”.
All he can do is go along with whatever they say & recommend. All this MSM talk about “it’s going to get even worse for a while”, is going to kill the markets next week. All one can hope for is that the results of HCQ provide a counter balance to the hysteria, but Fauci & the MSM are downplaying the encouraging news from HCQ and other treatments being tested.
When was the last time you saw a Japanese person spit on the street or sneeze uncovered? Japanese people are fanatical about cleanliness.
That “worst point” you talk about seems to keep getting pushed back.
For weeks they’ve been saying, “the next two weeks are critical.”
Meanwhile, they keep extending the talk over how long the economy needs to stay locked down. First it was 2 weeks. Then it was Easter. Then it’s the end of April. Now they are talking June.
This is nuts. And I’m supposed to believe anything they say now? They seem to either have no idea what they are talking about or intentionally lying.

When he starts talking about reopening America he sounds like the Trump I know. When he says the above he sounds like the Trump who knows something we don’t know or the one “they” have gotten to.
As a believer in Jesus Christ with full biblical awareness, I ultimately trust NO man. Satan and his children are chomping at the bit over all this, they would love to take over and start murdering anyone who loves the Lord, or may come to. He is IN them, and they will end up doing his will whether they’re “nice” people or “bad” people.

Fauci wants to get those numbers up there and he does that by testing sick people....pat them on the back and send them home. No meds.....just a number tatooed on their arm. To Fauci....you're just a number.
I’ve heard of people dying from a heart attack, who had no symptoms of all. They do a post mortem examination find the virus in their system, so they classify the death as a COVID_19 related death and add it to the numbers. Even though the person died because their arteries were clogged up.
I’ve seen other people talking about deaths being tagged as Covid-19 deaths, but the cause of death was something else.

It’s interesting on the John Hopkins site, when you look at the daily increase graph for individual countries over time, the great majority are trending downward. Wonder why that is and the US going up?
They wash up before they wash up.
We are dealing with a military weaponized pathogen problem not a naturally occurring one with predictability. It is like night from day which requires extreme caution moving forward. Parts of the country are no doubt going to be normalized sooner.
I cannot believe that we are going to have 100,000 to TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND people in this country die of this when the whole world hasn’t had that many, IF you believe the Red Chinese’s numbers (NOT!!!)!! The nation with the best medical care in the world, best doctors and hospitals (well maybe, Israel is pretty danged good) and we are going to drop like flies??? Hard to believe. IF these are going to be the numbers, then the USA is SHUT DOWN until 2021. No way we cleanse the country in a couple of months if we have this many deaths. No way, no how.

YUP. They told everyone to go ahead with the Chinatown celebrations, go to the theater, go to movies, go to clubs, restaurants, use public trans, yada, yada. And then BOOMMMMMMMMM! They are mauled by these deaths. They created their own monster. Now they are reaping what their leftist leaders told them to do!!!
