We’ve got a furniture store on an access road to a major North/South freeway that’s been going out of business for at least 15 years.

LOL. I knew a group of college guys who started a band and adopted that model for their gigs at the local bars. Every time they were booked for a gig, it was announced all over the campus as “The Band’s Last Appearance!”
