During the Republican primaries in 1968, Kissinger served as the foreign policy adviser to Rockefeller and in July 1968 called Nixon”the most dangerous of all the men running to have as president.” I don't know, but I've been told Nelson Rockefeller forced Heinz Kissinger- as a foreign policy advisor- onto Nixon in exchange for stepping out of the race for the Republican nomination in ‘68.

I've always considered him too clever by half. He is without doubt, IMO, the leading globalist of his generation.

Would a runaway plague created by a nation which could threaten populations of an enemy cause them to react by demanding extreme restriction of movement by its population to prevent its spread ? Thus wind up fragmenting its economy.
