I originally thought that as well. I even thought people would start revolting after just a couple weeks, but after watching the number of people cowering in fear, I think they can carry this as long as they want. The threat of $1000.00 fines will inhibit many who would defy, and because the rest are hiding, it is easier to enforce. This has caused me to lose a ton of faith in humanity. People who believe they can’t make good decisions on their own, but blindly trust bureaucrats, who of course only think of others.
If they want me to wear a mask, they damn well better issue me one. A whole bunch of ‘em, in fact.
Please stay where you are. America will do just fine without you.

In some regards i’m sure it will be a blessing.
As was being discussed by a doctor on the Fox News Channel today, people don’t wash their hands or properly. Then their dirty hands touch their mask, mouth and eyes. Or their hands or dirty mask touch their mouths or eyes when they are taking the mask on and off. And they end up making themselves sick. I’ll avoid wearing a mask for now.

they’ve been saying for weeks that there are no masks, stores are empty, chinese masks are failing, so where in the hell is the public supposed to get these masks ? They going to buy some from the guy in china that shines his shoes with them?
